In 2016, the Dongying Base of COMAC Civil Aircraft Test Flight Center was officially unveiled and put into use. In the future, the Dongying Base will gradually build test flight adjustment hangars, test and modification centers, simulation test flight laboratories, and other projects, mainly undertaking high-risk flight tests for China's first self-developed large mainline passenger aircraft, the C919 large passenger aircraft. The project is located in Shengli Airport, Dongying City, Shandong Province. It is a factory building of COMAC Industrial Workshop and a clean space for the construction of wire connector accessories required for COMAC production. The construction area is 13000 square meters.
The wall and ceiling panels of the project are all made of Shandong Steel Zhijie mechanism purification boards. The panel is made of white specifically designed for clean spaces, which perfectly matches the requirements for clean space use; The core material is made of high-quality hydrophobic rock wool with a hydrophobicity rate of ≥ 98%. It is A-grade fireproof and will not cause panel corrosion due to chemical reactions with the panel due to environmental moisture, meeting the high requirements of aircraft accessories for the production environment; The production process adopts high foam adhesive with fast rolling adhesion, fully ensuring the bonding performance and perfect combination of panel and core materials. Reasonable material selection and meticulous quality control during the production process ensure both product quality and durability.
The clean door color of the project adopts a light blue design, paired with the walls and floors, and combines cold and warm colors, like a blue sky and white clouds, complementing each other; The clean window adopts a frameless clean window design, using high permeability glass, with a beautiful appearance and perfect integration with the clean room wall, becoming a highlight of the clean space.
